Amendment to the Action Program for the implementation of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on the development of Vietnamese culture.

The Ho Chi Minh City Arts Center is a public service unit under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports. It is responsible for organizing and producing artistic performances and film screenings, as well as developing and implementing cultural and artistic activities to serve political and cultural objectives, meet international cultural exchange needs, and satisfy the public’s demand for culture, arts, and entertainment.
